History
Established in 1998, the Oskaloosa Symphony Orchestra began performances in the George Daily Community Auditorium under the direction of Tony Y. Chang The Orchestra Association, a 501(C)(3) organization, was established in 2001 to support and nurture the development of the orchestra and symphonic music in our region with human and financial resources. The board of directors believes it is important for everyone in rural Iowa to have the opportunity to hear professional level, live symphonic performances. The symphony's season is announced each summer along with the George Daily Auditorium's performances.
